Our client is a contactless payment system to enhance transport payment options.
Working Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: Shift work based on roster and assigned location; availability to work on weekends is required.
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities:
- Sell cards and related products at ticket or concession card replacement offices across various locations.
- Assist customers with card top-ups, refunds, and claims.
- Provide support with dispatch duties to different stations as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Comfortable handling large amounts of cash.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
