- Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations with necessary specs and/or drawings within 48 hours.
- Maintain good relationship and liaise with customers.
- Involves in sales promotions and presentations.
- Advises on use and application of products, but detailed technical assistance is referred to the technical support.
- Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities.
- Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date.
- Responsible to follow up with overdue payments from customers.
- Responsible to report to Sales Manager
- Prepare sales related reports as requested by Sales manager.
- To maintain good after service for customers at all times.
- To Support Sales Executive/ Engineers/ Managers on any other sales related activities.
Requirement:
- Local resident to be considered first.
- Completed NS.
- Able to start work at short notice.
- Independent, initiative and resourceful
- Willing to meet customers occasionally.
- No agent needed.
