QC ADMIN ASSISTANT

QC Documentations:

  • Prepare certificate for the products as per requirement given in the order process.
  • Maintain and filing QC documents (both hard and soft copies) like material certificates, Test reports, Job sheets, Drawings, Fumigation certificates.
  • Arrange documents for FAT Inspection.
  • Update the production schedule and heat numbers.
  • Prepare the month end HOD report.
  • Quality records and files need to maintain as per given retained period.
  • Update revision on Quality records
  • Control and update revision on safety and Environmental documents
  • Co-ordinate with inter-departments to collect and share the information related work to meet the customer requirement on documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with purchaser to send information related to sub-contractor jobs.

Admin:

  • Attend to walk-in visitors and handle any incoming calls
  • Ensure proper stock inventory for stationeries, printings and pantry supplies
  • Liaise with Admin department on the maintenance of office equipment such as printers, shredders and etc.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc administrative matters when required
