Job Overview:

Automation provides a basis for taking on a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks and freeing up time for the employees to focus on more meaningful work, which leads to better productivity, greater innovation, and stronger business results. However, it is not enough to continue looking only at the automation of tasks. Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze.


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the digital demand strategy and plans to support SimplifyNext marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher channels. This role will drive digital campaign execution and will develop and manage demand execution to drive inquiries and meet pipeline goals from both inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proven marketing technologist and strategist who possesses a start-up mentality, can quickly uncover new opportunities to optimize and build, takes ownership of key tools, aligns and organizes with cross-functional teams toward one mission. They will have a genuine curiosity for testing new and innovative approaches to generate demand, and will take a data-driven approach to planning and optimizing digital demand across both inbound and outbound channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, brand identity, and audience needs
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across regions, utilizing a mix of channels and employing a range of methods, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid search, pay-per click, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Monitor, measure and analyze campaigns to ensure they are meeting their objectives, and make adjustments as necessary to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain campaign analytics to gather key insights and support the success of campaign strategies.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, targeting specific audience segments.
  • Support enquiry management, lead conversion, and sales-related team responsibilities.
  • Use the Customer Relationship Management system to maximise online engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create engaging and relevant digital content for various channels, including social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, digital marketing efforts and strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on digital marketing activities and campaign outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience (> 5+ years) in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in B2B performance marketing / digital demand generation
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, and similar platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with evolving business requirements while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Photoshop good to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
