RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute media campaigns and employee engagement activities to convey Mediacorp's corporate narratives, and identify opportunities to build company's visibility using various platforms, and in its target communities.
  • Serve as brand guardian to ensure all internal and external communications are conveyed in a consistent way that reflects our corporate values and image.
  • Enhance government relations and international relations, and build good media relationships, both locally and internationally.
  • Support team for all protocol matters, including drafting administrative briefs and coordinating events involving political office holders and international dignitaries.
  • Plan and execute CSR campaigns and activities, including media relations, comms for external stakeholders, and internal staff engagement. Position the Mediacorp brand as a Company of Good, Partner of Choice and Employer of Choice.
  • Engage in active media monitoring and social media listening, so as to preempt, manage and address media/public perceptions that might impact Mediacorp, to enhance and safeguard the reputation of the company.
  • Analyse and report the success of PR and social media activities, as well as internal staff engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Direct experience in corporate communication in large organisations.
  • Familiarity with internal and external communication trends/platforms.
