Alloy Advertising Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MTD Group, is thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for the position of EXECUTIVE, MARKETING & SALES. The selected candidate will be stationed at our Head Office located in Plaza Vads, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail.
Responsibilities:
A. Market & Secure New Sales
- Approach new prospects by phone calls and emails.
- Schedule and conduct appointments & presentation to clients by preparing proposals /quotations.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing clerk in the preparation of sales kit.
- Negotiate on costing / quotation with Head of Department (if below minimum rental rates).
- Follow up with clients after presentations and site visits.
- Arrange site recce with clients. (if required).
- Prepare & proof-read new Agreements / Contracts.
- Liaise with development department during construction of new structures, production, installation, etc.
B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients
- Service clients on queries, complaints, breakdowns.
- Follow-up on renewal contract and propose new sites to existing clients.
- Liaise with development department regarding complaints / breakdowns.
- Prepare formal / informal letters to reply clients queries / complaints.
- Fulfill client queries / reasonable demands (e.g. trimming trees, market survey, extra photo proofs, etc).
- Provide photo proofs (day & nights) to clients upon in-charge.
- Site recce with clients (after in-charge) should the client request.
- Follow-up on payments and Entertain clients, when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Knowledge and exposure in the Outdoor Advertising Business is an advantage.
