- Managing the daily operation of all matters relating to maintenance & Management of multiple sites
- Attending to queries from owner
- Working closly with office bearer
Requirement
- Candidate with Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of Facility or Property Management experience
- Knowledge in BMSM Act & other relevant regulations
- Possess good interpersonal skill
