Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Manufacturing
- Position Title: Service Crew (Food Court)
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5 days (8 hours per day, rotational shift)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with menu choices, handle inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments.
- Handle cash, and credit card transactions, and issue receipts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks, such as clearing tables and carrying trays.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
