Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer (Commercial Cleaning Equipment)
- Position Title: Inventory Control Assistant/Inventory Control Executive
- Working Location: Gul Crescent (Transport provided at Boon Lay, Lakeside, Chinese Garden, Yew Tee)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient management of the company’s inventory system.
- Support and participate in regular stock checks and audits.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Handle inventory documentation, review records, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on inventory-related issues.
- Regularly update supplier price lists and assist in setting selling prices.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Minimum Diploma (Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or a related field).
- Has relevant experience in inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
