Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules as per completion dates simulated in contract.
- Prepare and update baseline programme, 6 months look ahead programme, 3months and 4 weeks rolling programme.
- Preparing CIP program and coordinating with SWC’s.
- Preparing Revised Baseline Programme, recovery programme in the event of major slippage in approved baseline schedule
- Prepare monthly progress report with Progress S-curve.
- Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.
- Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.
Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in construction planning and programme for civil work or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction planning and program coordination for railway projects.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in large scale LTA project.
