What will you be doing?
As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact of AvePoint Singapore. You will ensure guests are welcomed and greeted positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide general admin support to colleagues and guests
- Handle walk-in clients, vendors, interviewees, guests, etc.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Process daily incoming & outgoing mails/ deliveries.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers in relation to office maintenance.
- Ensure the office space is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary supplies
- Maintain onsite employees’ apartment arrangement.
- Process finance related tasks involving invoice processing, cost allocation, and payment approvals.
- Manage travel arrangements for the management team
- Data entry and other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma holders or GCE ‘A’/‘O’/‘N’ holders with experience
- Proven work experience in Administration, or similar role. Candidates with minimal or no experience will be considered if there are transferrable skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proactive, Organized, self-disciplined, able to multi-task and a team-worker.
- Pleasant disposition & good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills, and know when to approach for help
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore
