Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as head chef in a noodle house
Knowledge on both taiwanese and chinese style noodles are a must
Knowledge and experience making broth from scratch
Experience in hand making noodles
Able to plan kitchen roster
Able to come up with seasonal specials
