We are a Biscuits company in Yishun looking for a hardworking and experienced sales and admin clerk to support our daily operations
- Retrieve purchase orders from emails, sales chatgroup, salesman forms and faxs.
- Process PO into invoices for delivery.
- Prepare Delivery Schedules for delivery drivers.
- Ensure all invoices are back signed and stamped after delivery
- Answers phone calls.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- General updating and Data entries.
- Familiar with MS Word and MS excel.
- other ad hoc general clerk duties.
- Teamwork is essential.
Working hours & Benefit:
Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm. (Less than 44 hours per week).
