- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrate Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Project Management Experience of 10+ years
- Transaction Banking Experience with 1 or more of these areas - Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Core Banking.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programs, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.), and cybersecurity best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Technology awareness in the areas of data centre & Infrastructure such as Compute/Storage/Network Virtualizations, Cloud technologies, HCI, SDWAN, IT Operations etc.,.).
