Job Responsibilities
- Promote company’s skincare products to customers
- Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally
- Educate & Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
- Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Handle phone and walk in customers enquiries
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a long term relationship with customers
- Be presentable and maintains good conduct
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Assist in the maintenance of store housekeeping
Requirements
- Preferably with retail sales experience
- Service and sales oriented
- Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record
- Passionate with skincare and beauty industry
- Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and PH
