Job Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's short-term and long-term business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and decision support to senior management and cross-functional teams, leveraging financial insights to inform business strategy, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguards company assets, mitigate risks, an ensure integrity of financial reporting.
- Partner with headquaters and other global offices to align financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, facilitating transparency and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with executive management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to facilitate business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems, and controls, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the semiconductor industry, assessing their implications on the company's financial performance and strategic direction.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee all aspects of financial control & reporting for Singapore operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standands, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and board materials, communicating financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and actionable financial plans.
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management, to optimize resource allocation and drive financial performance.
Internal Controls and Compliance
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for enhancement.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and transparency.
Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate financial risks facing the organization, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and optimize performance.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and opportunities, proactively adjusting financial strategies as needed.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.

Commucation & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, incluidng auditors, tax authorities, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and cross-functional teams, leveragining financial insights to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry. Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Thorough understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with semiconductor-specific financial metrics and tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
