Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team
- Directs installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of all equipment, buildings, and grounds necessary for continuity of manufacturing operations and safety of plant personnel.
- Plans, designs, and directs annul overhaul activities, schedules the overhaul program properly to complete overhaul while minimize/avoid operation shutdowns.
- Prepares designs, specifications, and estimates costs for internal or contracted renovations, modifications, expansions or installation of plant facilities and utilities.
- Establishes and ensure efficient running of preventive maintenance and service programs, procedures, and record systems
- Set up Planning /Scheduling & Storekeeper functions ensuring a well-run spare parts warehouse & replenishment process
- Monitor and report Maintenance KPIs (PM compliance, work completion rate and time, backlog of deferred work) .
- Develop and update plant maintenance strategy along with an annual maintenance budget and then oversee the financial management / implementation of these plan
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in Plant Maintenance
- Experience in Chemical/Petrochemical/Pharmaceutical plant
- Strong leadership
