Job Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and completion of projects within specified cost, time, and quality. He/She maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times. He also plays an active role in contributing to the organization's continuous improvement initiatives.
He possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders. He is resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills. He is proactive and detail-oriented in his work. He is also able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. He is expected to work on-site and in the main office.

Job Requirements
- Possess a degree/above in Civil Engineering or related studies in project management or construction discipline
- At least 2-3 years of project management experience in HDB Projects eg. ELUP
- An excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Committed to building strong relationships with the team, consultants, and clients through a shared purpose & common goal
- Have a project management professional certification
- A detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, active, hardworking, and grateful person
