Responsibilities:
- Check and help to complete forms and submit them to customer service or relevant department
- Follow up the forms submitted and do necessary actions as guided.
- Summary client’s policy.
- Post letters and birthday/Christmas/New year/etc. cards or calendars to clients
- Follow up client’s payment deadline
- Call hospitals for medical reports
- Scan documents
- Coordinate with other departments
- Check and read email or notice in the system
- Prepare and compile sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
- To perform other administrative duties such as filing, typing etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint)
- Prior experience will be advantage
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English and can communicate with Mandarin
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player and meet deadlines
