Admin Assistant

Sing-bridge Llp

Responsibilities:

  • Check and help to complete forms and submit them to customer service or relevant department
  • Follow up the forms submitted and do necessary actions as guided.
  • Summary client’s policy.
  • Post letters and birthday/Christmas/New year/etc. cards or calendars to clients
  • Follow up client’s payment deadline
  • Call hospitals for medical reports
  • Scan documents
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Check and read email or notice in the system
  • Prepare and compile sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
  • To perform other administrative duties such as filing, typing etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience will be advantage
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English and can communicate with Mandarin
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player and meet deadlines

Mon - Fri: 9am - 5.30pm
