Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet asset management objectives related to turnover and aging while safeguarding company assets.
- Ensure an appropriate mix of inventory to meet sales and market share targets.
- Manage and develop all employees within the Sales Department to create a motivated and successful team focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.
- Attain market share targets as outlined to ensure the sustained success of both our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide insights and feedback regarding future opportunities and competitive challenges.
- Promote our brands and products.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with appointed Dealers/Trade Partners.
- Manage and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Achieve the company's monthly and yearly sales budgets and targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in both B2B and B2C within the home appliances industry.
- Willingness to travel overseas a few times a year.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High commitment level and a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Strategic leader and team player, with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Highly organized, independent, and resourceful.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
