School Operations Support Officers

Duration of Service

• Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
• Working Hours:
  Personnel to be deployed in rotating shifts (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break):6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  Note: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
  

Scope of Services

The services required include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintain general cleanliness of the school compound, including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms, and special rooms. This includes sweeping, mopping, and clearing of rubbish.
2. Arrange and rearrange furniture for meetings, exams, and functions as required.
3. Move heavy objects from point to point.
4. Lock and unlock classrooms.
5. Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials as needed.
6. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualification, Skills & Experience of Personnel

The Personnel should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
2. Prior experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage:Logistics-related work
   Cleaning duties
   Administrative roles
   School-related experience
   
3. Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to perform the role effectively.
4. Ability to work on rotating shifts and Saturdays, if necessary.
