Job Description – Sales assistant
- Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
- Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
- Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc
- Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
- Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
- Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities
- Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
- Has to be driven, resourceful and collaborative
- Fresh graduate or Diploma holder is preferable. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage
- Has to have the right attitude to learn and support
- No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
Other criteria-
- Should be able to join and start work immediately
- Salary range – SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 p.m
