Campaign Manager (Social Services)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning:

-Design and implement comprehensive campaigns from concept to execution, focused on increasing awareness and reach of the company’s mission and impact.

-Collaborate with internal teams to identify campaign goals, objectives, and key messages.

-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for each campaign, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Content strategy, Curation & management:

- Content Strategy: Determine the types of content that will be created for campaign, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

- Content Production: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content. This may involve working with designers, writers, or content creators.

- Quality Control: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for each social media platform.

3. Audience Engagement:

  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with the brand on social media.
  • Engagement Tactics: Develop strategies to increase engagement, such as contests, polls, and interactive content.

4. Budget Management:

-Develop and manage the campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and reach.

-Monitor campaign expenditures and provide regular financial reports to ensure campaigns stay within budget.

5. Execution & Performance

-Work closely with vendors to produce campaign materials, content and strategies that resonate with target audiences.

-Oversee the day-to-day management of campaign activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

-Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.


Requirement

· At least 6-8 years of campaign experience, preferably in social services or a related field

· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant.

· Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to explore new opportunities.

· Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing analytics.

· Familiar with Digital Marketing, analytics tools highly preferred
