You will handle commercial partnerships and project management through collaborating with SingHealth stakeholders in developing new innovative healthcare solutions towards commercialisation by supporting the identification, validation, prototyping, test-bedding, and product demonstration processes.


You will manage and drive project tasks, including recommendation of grants, to ensure timely completion of project milestones and successful grant applications, support and work closely with the project team on team formation, grants/funding proposal writing and application to support project development. You will also be required to assist in concept brainstorming sessions and the technical development of projects by applying engineering solutions, concepts, and approaches.


You will assist the Director to identify and establish the right clinical needs through speaking and collaborating with the stakeholders (HODs, clinicians, administrators, etc.) and facilitate meaningful and constructive exchange of ideas and knowledge between team members and stakeholders. You will also identify relevant stakeholders and simulated environments for piloting developed solutions with commercial partners prior to clinical deployment.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering/Computing
  • Knowledge in ideation and incubation leading to deployment/commercialisation of new healthcare technologies/services
  • An excellent collaborator and network builder
  • Good knowledge and competency in healthcare technologies and market segment, partnership agreement, regulatory compliance and QMS standards, reimbursement strategy, intellectual properties protection, clinical validation protocol, healthcare technology adoption and commercialisation
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders to advance a programme/project’s value proposition
  • A constructive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven track records of project leadership and delivering quality results in a timely and effective manner
  • Resourceful, attentive to detail and quality with good presentation and technical writing skills
  • Experience in working in a small team on multiple parallel exploratory projects and incubation efforts
  • Able to work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common infrastructure, resources and functional capabilities
