Job Summary:
The Marketing & Design Admin Assistant provides administrative support across both the Marketing and Design departments, focusing on clerical tasks related to promotions, product launches, and visual merchandising coordination. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience looking to contribute to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion Setup: Set up promotions within NetSuite, ensuring all details are correctly entered and functional for upcoming campaigns.
- System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch.
- Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
- Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing or design environments.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
