Responsibilities and Requirements:
· We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL to join our dynamic team.
· The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background and experience in the financial industry.
· Proficiency in SAS programming.
· Programming and ETL:
· Develop and maintain Python, PySpark, and SQL codes to support various tasks and activities.
· Perform code reviews and discovery.
· Conduct ETL processes to create data pipelines.
· Perform data quality checks and prepare data marts for business applications such as Tableau Control Tower and Campaigns.
· Data Reconciliation:
· Conduct sophisticated data reconciliation to identify data issues.
· Support investigation processes to resolve data discrepancies.
· Data Visualization:
· Develop visualizations for business problem-solving and control tower purposes using Tableau
· Strong logical thinking and programming skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
· Proficiency in SAS programming is a plus
