Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strong grasp of data analysis, digital marketing, and creativity to manage both online and offline marketing efforts. Experience in Excel, especially pivot tables and data analysis, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in developing product launch strategies and coordinating marketing activities across different channels.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Oversee the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand identity.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance digital outreach and engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use Excel (pivot tables, filters, and data analysis) to track and analyze marketing performance data, including sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, identifying key insights and trends to inform future strategies.
Creative & Content Development:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, etc.) and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Work with designers to produce high-quality artwork and promotional content for both online and offline campaigns.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, and Procurement) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
Event Management:
- Support the planning and execution of company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, data analysis).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
