Looking for an administrator who possesses the following:
- Able to complete daily scope of work
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Honest, diligent, hardworking
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Min 2 years of administrative experience (Preferably in logistics/ warehouse/ shipping industry) (Have to be quick in data entry)
Job Scope:
- Daily work includes resolving problems and after sales, service requirement submitted by customers in an effective and timely manner, via inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with customer complaints and feedback
- Issue of PO for purchasing of goods and raw materials to suppliers
- Manage relationships with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost expectation
- Timely follow up to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain and update purchasing statistics/record/documentation/filing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor stock movement to ensure minimum inventory holdings
- Coordinate with all department concern
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Keen problem solvers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and met deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Basic Accounts & Tax knowledge
Working hours:
- Mon - Sat, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Monthly
- Basic 1.8k - 3k (Depending on experience and performance)
