Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst with a strong background in management reporting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and ERP system implementation. The ideal candidate will drive financial insights, enhance profitability, and play a key role in transitioning processes to an ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
- Forecast mid-month results and manage quarterly reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights
- Ensure timely submission of reports to HQ
- Coordinate annual planning and quarterly budgeting
- Support standard costing and ERP system implementation
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
- 5-8 years of FP&A or group accounting experience
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Knowledge of financial statements and ERP system implementation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and curious mindset
Note: You’ll help automate manual Excel processes by integrating them into an ERP system, strong Excel expertise is essential.
