✿ Working hours: Weekly 44 hours (Mon - Fri)

Job Description:

• Manage and oversees the centre

• Plan and organize school activities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre

• Work closely with agencies, management, and staff

• Build rapport with children and parents

• Ensure that the needs of children and parents are met.

• Manage enrolments

What it takes:

• Min Diploma in Early Childhood and Education (Leadership)

• L2 ECDA-certified with teaching experience

• Able to implement a curriculum based on Christian values

• Knowledge of IT, financial and budget management

• Min 5 years of managing experience

• Strong leadership qualities

• Able to lead a team
