Responsibilities:
· Assist in the implementation and documentation of GMP standards across production processes.
- Work closely with production teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency while adhering to GMP standards.
- Analyze digital data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Support the digitalization of production systems by automating data entry, monitoring, and reporting processes.
· Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and recommend digital solutions.
· Support the integration of new technologies that enhance GMP compliance.
· Conduct research on the latest technologies and software applicable to production digitalization.
· Assist in the development of digital checklists and dashboards for real-time compliance tracking.
· Support the automation of routine manufacturing tasks such as batch monitoring, material tracking, and reporting.
· Ensure data integrity and compliance with company and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
· Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, automation tools, and digital platforms.
· Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
· Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
· Effective communication skills to train teams and collaborate with various departments.
· Ability to troubleshoot digital systems and offer solutions for optimizing processes.
