ETL Developer position is to work closely with Data management team and ETL Lead in designing, coding, and testing the data warehousing system as per Company / Client’s specifications.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer/ETL Developer
Required Skills:
• Data Warehouse Technologies: ETL, Talend (preferred)
• Databases - SQL, Oracle DB, My SQL, No SQL (Mango DB), PL/SQL
• Cloud Environments – AWS/ Azure/ Google Cloud
Preferred Skills and experience
• Prior experience in ETL Talend, along with Informatica will be given a strong preference.
• Experience in one or more databases such as Oracle DB, SQL Server, MySQL, No SQL such as Mongo DB with strong skills on SQL and PL/SQL and Java.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools is advantage.
• Experience of working in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
• Designing and coding the data warehousing system to desired company specifications.
• Conducting preliminary testing of the warehousing environment before data is extracted.
• Extracting company data and transferring it into the new warehousing environment.
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Providing maintenance support.
Soft Skills:
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be able to cope with Work challenges and open for self-learning.
