Job Descriptions:
- Handling the full spectrum of shipping documents (air and sea) to facilitate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Declare custom permit for import or export shipments
- Liaise with couriers and forwarders for best quote and ensure timely delivery of customer's shipment
- Review work processes periodically
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in import or export operations.
- Good knowledge on Incoterms, Taxation, Import & Export documents and Trade Compliance.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Positive and can-do working attitude.
- Candidates with good experiences will be considered for higher position. Compensation will be rewarded accordingly.
