Position: Commercial Loan Repricing Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Working location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $3,000
Time: Monday to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Engage in both proactive and reactive outreach to existing commercial property loan customers regarding repricing opportunities.
- Persuade customers to accept our repricing offers to sustain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines for property financing.
- Additionally, promote and refer to other bank products as part of the sales process.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
- Mature, meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending will be useful.
