Job Scope:
You will be part of a cross-functional and self-organizing team to support the development and testing of a national system in the public sector. As a developer with the team, you will be tasked with implementing new system changes, resolving arising defects, and developing unit test cases.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new system changes based on requirements gathered.
- Develop and maintain well-documented, efficient code for the system, including unit test cases.
- Collaborate and work with other developers for major changes, ensuring that system integration from different tracks can work seamlessly.
- Investigate raised incidents and identify bugs in code.
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas for improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of Java programming fundamentals.
- Experience with front-end development, preferably Angular/ReactJS.
- Understanding of web development principles.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
- Preferably with working knowledge/experience with Jira/Confluence, AWS cloud platform, Gitlab.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with great attention to details.
- Ability to work in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
