Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive individual to handle calls with existing commercial property loan customers regarding repricing their loans. Your role will involve:
- Contacting customers when their current loan packages are ending to discuss OCBC’s refinancing offers.
- Convincing customers to choose our repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with property financing regulations.
- Cross-selling and referring customers to other bank products when suitable.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Mature, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team.
- A good customer service mindset, with a focus on providing excellent support.
- Quick to learn about commercial property loans and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending is a plus.
