- Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work.
- Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary.
- Develop and maintain meaningful dashboards and excel spreadsheet using internal data sources
- Assist on inbound calls – Policy and Claims enquiry/ message taking.
- Assist on outbound calls – Travel Renewal.
- Prompt follow-up on scheduled outbound calls.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
