Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Workshop Supervisor role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of technicians in servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality, turnaround time, and productivity to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure that all repairs are up to standard to avoid rework or comeback jobs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects, and determine necessary repair actions and parts requirements.
- Provide updates on repair status to the supervisor.
- Conduct test drives after repairs when required.
- Supervise and manage spare parts usage for contract vehicles.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Assist Customer Service personnel with providing repair quotations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification.
- Possess Class 3 & 4 driving licenses.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive repair, with the ability to handle commercial vehicles up to heavy vehicles.
- Experience in technical services, use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration, SOP adherence, and technical investigation and report writing.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri - 8:30AM - 05:30PM/ Sat - 8:30AM - 12:30PM
- Salary: Basic Up to $3,700 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
