Sales Manager, Tender Management
Our client a specialty pharmaceutical corporation is looking for an experienced Sales Manager, Tender Management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the public hospital sector.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process for public hospital contracts, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within public hospitals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to secure contracts and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management on market trends, competitor activities, and sales forecasts.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience with public hospital tenders in the Singapore market.
- Sales experience, with a proven track record in the public healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
