Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the residents and their respective conditions
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance to the person-centred philosophy of care, and in compliance with the home
- Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
- Build rapport with residents and their families
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
- Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff
Key Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from an institution approved by the SNB (Singapore Nursing Board)
- Valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB
- Must have min 2 years of full-time/perm nursing experience in Geriatric ward or homecare settings (Must be recent!!)
- Advanced dip in gerontology would be a plus!
- Able to start immediately!
