Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the FMCG industry. They are urgently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Order processing) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing and invoices
- Handle customer inquiries
- Customer’s complaint management
- Price verification and system updates
- Responsible for CRM system
- Oversee orders for any follow-ups and adjustments
- Responsible for Customer Returns, CN, DN, etc
- Ensure coordination within department for a smooth delivery process
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences
