Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing and ensuring the upkeep of the designated site, in line with the client's contractual expectations and established standards.
- Performing daily tasks at the assigned location, such as inspections to verify cleanliness and confirming that all building systems and equipment are maintained on schedule and functioning properly.
- Execute work plans and programs based on the client’s guidelines, standard procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle feedback, complaints, and service requests from clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring their services meet deadlines and client specifications.
- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Facility Management & Real Estate Management, Building Services & Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Possess 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Familiarity with government procurement and payment practices
- Required to travel to multiple sites
