Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily facilities services for the organisation's client, primarily overseeing premises focused on outdoor recreational activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, main contractors, and vendors
  • Coordinating and managing all facility services for the client.
  • Propose and implement enhancements at the client’s site to ensure service quality is met.
  • Ensure contractors and vendors complete repair and maintenance tasks within the required timeframes and according to specified standards.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned by the Supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Facility Management & Real Estate Management, Building Services & Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  • Possess 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must possess Fire Safety Manager certification
  • Possess class 3 driving licenses will be an added advantage
  • Location: North East
  • 5.25 working days
