Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily facilities services for the organisation's client, primarily overseeing premises focused on outdoor recreational activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, main contractors, and vendors
- Coordinating and managing all facility services for the client.
- Propose and implement enhancements at the client’s site to ensure service quality is met.
- Ensure contractors and vendors complete repair and maintenance tasks within the required timeframes and according to specified standards.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned by the Supervisor as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Facility Management & Real Estate Management, Building Services & Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Possess 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Possess class 3 driving licenses will be an added advantage
- Location: North East
- 5.25 working days
