Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent certificate.
- At least 3 years of experience in secondary schools.
- Focus on reception and general administrative duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experienced in email management (Outlook/Gmail).
Scope of works
- Manage the school’s reception counter.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and key issuance.
- Maintain the school photocopier.
- Oversee Secondary 1 registration.
- Maintain the general office pantry.
- Handle student transfers.
- Manage stock of school stationery (A4 papers, pens, markers, etc.).
- Manage the school’s email.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the principal, vice principals, administrative manager, teachers, and co-workers.
