Roles & Responsibilities
1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
2. Supervise workers by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
3. Coordinate and maintain records of site safety orientation, daily toolbox meetings.
4. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
5. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
6. Meet construction budget by providing capital budget and annual operating information, identifying variances, and monitoring project expenses.
7. Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements.
8. Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day.
9. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
10. Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.
11. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections, preparing reports as needed.

13. Able to work long hours in construction/wastewater environment.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 23 years experience in the construction field.
2. Program Certificate in storekeeping & Certificate WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation.
3. Ability to organize a work schedule.
4. Ability to solve disputes between workers.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to negotiate.
7. Deep knowledge of the construction industry.
8. Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
