The Opportunity:
- Location: Kent Ridge
- Duration: 6 months, 6 hours per day
- Work arrangement: Hybrid
- Salary: $20/hr
Job Description:
- Implement communication strategies for marketing campaigns at the centers, enhancing engagement across our social media and digital platforms.
- Primarily responsible for content on websites and social media channels including creating and writing copy for videos, visuals, and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design graphics for both digital and print media.
- Manage design projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Assist in coordinating various events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Support logistical aspects of events, including vendor coordination, attendee registration, catering, and equipment setup.
- Supervise event execution, including on-site coordination, speaker management, and post-event promotion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Design or equivalent
- No experience is welcome to apply as training is provided
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Possess good writing and communication skills.
