Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Meidi-Ya Supermarket. The ideal candidate will manage documentation from receipt of goods to process vendor invoices, data-entries ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Matching of vendor invoices, Delivery Order & related documents
2. Process invoices, credit/debit note & related documents
3. Maintain accurate records of payable transactions (invoices, credit/debit notes & related documents)
4. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
5. Assist in reconciling vendor statement of accounts and resolving any payable discrepancies.
6. Simple inter-company billing and supporting the administrative team with various tasks as needed
Requirement:
· GCE N / O level / ITE Education
· 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail industry
· 5.5 day work week in an employee-friendly atmosphere
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· General knowledge on the cycle of payable invoices & related documentation.
