1. Assist the Regional General Manager in overseeing the Market Department, Carrier Business Department, Commercial Enterprise Business Department, and Mobile Business Department of the Singapore company, and coordinate with relevant departments at the Hong Kong headquarters.
2. Assist the Regional General Manager in business development in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Australia.
3. Analyze industry development trends in the region and complete business development and strategic planning for the region and the Singapore company.
4. Plan and promote various aspects of business management, brand operations, market operations, and business development management for the ASEAN region, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit assessment targets. Maintain relationships with key clients (including carrier and enterprise clients), establish communication channels between the company, clients, and partners, and enhance the company's influence in the local market. Assist in the continuous development of the company's core competitive products and advantageous resource capabilities based on the company's actual situation.
5. Organize the company's market management and compliance operations, including formulating specific production and operational plans and executing revenue budget breakdowns, ensuring orderly and efficient market management operations.
6. Allocate professional human resources reasonably within the management scope based on business management needs, and strengthen the construction and marketing capability of the specialized teams under supervision.
7. Organize and complete other temporary and stage-specific important work and tasks assigned by superiors and the Regional General Manager
