The Role:
As a Sales Admin reporting to Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Processing and monitor orders/payments/shipments of regional accounts in Asia-Pacific countries with our
factories in USA and EU - Providing customer service & online technical support.
- Implementing & coordinate servicing schedules with the technician team
