Job Summary
- To source for candidates with relevant skillsets.
- To source for appropriate courses/programs for staff and ensure mandated hours are complied.
- To provide administrative support to Human Resources and General Administration Department
Recruitment
- Recruit candidates with right skill-sets and ensure that HO guidelines and SOP are followed accordingly.
Learning and Development
- Ensure that all relevant and regulatory courses/exams (CMFAS, Private Banking CACS) are taken within the time-frame.
- Source for relevant training courses/programs for Registered Representatives to ensure completion of 15 CPD hours yearly.
Payroll Processing
- Perform full spectrum of payroll processing; accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all staff claims are checked accurately with proper approval before payment
- Ensure the payroll variances are reconciled every month
- Ensure all CPF contributions are accurately reported and submitted before the deadline every month
- Ensure all employment income are accurately reported to IRAS
Statistical Report
- Prepare presentation slides for monthly HODs and departments’ meetings
- To carry out any other duties as directed by Management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferrably in banking and finance
- 1-year contract
- Contract renewal or conversion to permanent is subject to individual's performance and Bank's discretion
